- communicates pertinent information to all UEN members
Chairperson-elect
· serves as secretary/treasurer of the corporation
· is responsible for monitoring all appropriate records and warrants or drafts
· conducts an annual audit of the financial records
· serves as temporary chairperson in the absence of the chairperson.
